APPELLATE TAX BOARD PROCEDURES

• 12:00 LUNCH

Mr. DeFrancisco will be present along with a Commissioner from the Appellate Tax Board to speak on recent case decisions issued by the Appellate Tax Board. In addition to other topics, discussion will include ATB procedures such as late filings, refusal to allow inspection of property and failure to provide income and expense information for commercial properties.
A question and answer period will follow so be sure to bring your questions!

The M.A.A.O. approved this workshop for 3 Recertification Credits

COST: $30 per person, includes morning coffee & pastries and luncheon

Lunch will be served buffet style and includes the following:

Garden toss salad w/ rolls
Vegetable & Pasta
Chicken Dish
Coffee/Tea

The Annual Business Meeting will take place after lunch.
